So what email account is having the issue then?
The messages are supposed to go to [email protected] and [email protected], but only compass is getting them.
It’s not going to spam. It never reaches the customer.

So what email service are you using for that domain email address?
Does that email address have issues if you send a test email to it?
Are you using any SMTP plugins on the site?
They are using Gmail.
If we send an email not through the form, it goes through fine.
We aren’t using SMTP
Hi, I have the exact same problem with two other clients. Only one address gets the email.
For one client the To is set to a local domain email and then I have two gmail addresses in a Bcc. Only one of the gmail addresses is getting the email. This was all working ok 5 days ago and then suddenly stopped working. No apparent updates were made.
The other client is not getting any emails either. This too happened a few days ago.

Do you mean you still have the same issue or that none those plugins work?
I have used Postman SMTP and SendGrid on client sites fine with no issues.
