What happens when you click on Visual Editor in the top right menu? Nothing at all?
Deactivating all plugins is a good first attempt. Did you activate a default theme like TwentyTwentyThree at the same time you deactivated them? Does it work then?

@threadi I did all of that but nothing changed. Visual editor does not even appear .
Have you looked in the JavaScript console as described? What does it say at that moment?
Strange. Have you tried it with another browser or in private mode? Maybe a browser addon is interfering here.

@threadi What else could i try? I’m desperate, I’ve been son long trying to solve this and there’s no way I ca find what’s wrong.
Just got another idea about this: try reinstalling. Go to Update in wp-admin and click on the Re-Install button. This will re-download the WordPress core files and store them.
