• I’m testing the plugin using Paypal sandbox and noticed that after a user registers and pays for a membership…

Once logged in, when a user goes to the registration page [arm_setup d=”1″] and tries to change the current plan, the plugin cancels the membership but does not take the user to the Paypal site to proceed with payment for the new plan selected (the user just sees an animated circle that only clears if you refresh the page).

ARMember support told me to replace the wp-content/plugins/armember/lib/paypal/paypal.class.php file, to clear all cache, and then to try again, but this did not solve the issue.

Is this a bug? Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there a way to fix it? I’ve been trying to troubleshoot the issue for a long time, and I haven’t been able to.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

I’ve noticed that you are using the premium version of the plugin so I am sorry but we will not be able to assist you here for the premium version due to forum limitations.

Kindly open a support ticket with us and out support team will assist you further.

I’m seeking assistance not with configuration uncertainties, but rather to resolve issues with a paid plugin that should be functioning correctly. I have made multiple attempts to contact support via email, forum messages, and other channels, but I have not received any response. Previously, when I submitted a support ticket, the suggested solution did not resolve the plugin issue. I’m not able to open a support ticket anymore without paying you! You charge $79 for 6 months of support. Hold on, I have to pay you to fix a bug in your plugin?!?! No, thank you; I’ll just try another plugin with better support! ; )

    I have the same experience.
