Approve ‘Pending Approval’

A new Admin user has been created which as per settings is set to ‘Pending Approval’. However, I am unable to approve the same and even after trying out everything the status remains as “Pending Approval”.

That’s a bug. The other impact of this change is that if you delete a user then look at the database table, it’ll still be there.

Any update. This is a very serious issue. Holding up many activities as I am unable to approve ‘pending review’ users.
