Origami unfortunately doesn’t have a menu font size setting at the moment but you can try the rules provided at the end of the following page https://siteorigin.com/origami-documentation/css-snippets/ inserted at either Appearance > Custom CSS or Customize > Additional CSS. Once you’ve inserted the two rules you can adjust the values as required.
