    if we make an invoice or packing slip then he does not know the apostrophe, makes it a question mark..How can we resolve this?

    Hi! Our plugin does include this character, there are two possible reasons that this is not displaying correctly:

    • It’s possible that your server does not have the “MB String” extension installed in PHP, you can verify this on the “Status” tab of the PDF invoice settings. If it’s absent, ask your host to activate it, it’s pretty standard.
    • If you are using a custom font (you would know if you do), make sure that it has the extended character set. If the è character is not included in the font, it can’t be printed either 🙂
