I’m sorry you are encountering issues with Amazing Affiliates but anyhow thanks for giving a try and asking for help here!
Can I ask you if it is the first time you use the Amazon API credentials?
If yes, please consider that sometimes those credentials do not work properly in the first hours after release. Then, after a while and without doing anything, they start working flawlessly. Simple as that. Let’s hope this is the case!
If you have already used them without any issue in other plugins well I need to ask few questions to figure out:
– Have you completed the plugin setup?
You need to correctly input the four fields, country, partner tag id, API key, API secret key
– Is the error message coming directly from the plugin setup page?
Have you tried using the plugin ignoring this error message? (it might be a false positive)
– Is the error message coming from the product insert page?
We may need to troubleshoot with the Amazon scratchpad to figure out why the API are getting an error.
