    My name is Svyatoslav and I am an Integration Specialist in Revolut,

    The reason why the specified order is failing is due to it being a Pay By Bank order and as covered on our public documentation, Pay By Bank orders can not be refunded though us, you must process it through alternate channels outside of Revolut’s payment system.
