Any support anywhere?

So, I sent a message asking some questions to your pre-sale support thingy on 20th April 2024. No reply. Nothing. Day 4 today!
I went ahead and purchased the 5-license package anyway yesterday morning.
But, I am running into all sorts of issues. So I sent a second email to your Customer Support this time, since I am now a paying customer. But still no reply.
Your support desk does not provide any sort of support ticket number to refer you to. Nothing.
So, what do I do here? Someone seems to respond on this forum. Does anyone care at all about the paying folk?
