Anti Spam Firewall Issues

The plugin has started to act up on one of my sites recently. When accessing the WooCommerce cart or Checkout I often get stuck in a loop with the firewall, it shows the firewall page and countdown and once the countdown ends and the page reloads it shows the firewall page again, this loop continues until I stop the page loading and it constantly adds new sfw=pass1760943121 url parameters each one with a different number on each reload.

I’m not sure if it is related but I also get errors in the admin when enabling the plugin, screenshot is below. Do you have any insights as to why this is happening, I’ve tried disabling my caching plugins but no joy.
