Anonymize Data

We want to anonymize our website data using the suggestion from Google here: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gtagjs/ip-anonymization.

I’m not sure how to do that with the plugin though? There’s nowhere to add additional scripts that I could see. Please let me know.
