    Hello @bheem

When Beehive is properly configured, the plugin will add code in the header, bellow a comment that says:

<!-- Google Analytics tracking code output by Beehive Analytics -->

I am looking at the HTML code of your site but I don’t see that comment.

So, please try this. Go to Beehive -> Accounts and make sure that the Google Account that contains the Google Analytics property of your site is located. If that is the case, then go to Beehive -> Google Analytics -> Accounts, and ensure that the fields “Account”, “Property”, “Stream” and “Measurement ID” are filled with the correct information. If somehow you don’t see the correct option among those fields, then it’s probably something you need to check with the Google Analytics site, like, for example, a lack of a G4 Analytics property, or a lack of a web data stream.

Please check these and if everything is correct there, yet the issue persist, please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Jair.

    Hi Jair!

    Thanks for your reply.

All the settings you mentioned are in place with correct analytics details but still had the issue.
So inserted manually, is there a way to diable insertion by beehive and only connect it to analytics to see the data in wordpress behive dashboard?

    regards

    Hello @bheem

I’m afraid that is not possible, you can’t disable analytics code insertion by Beehive and only use its statistics.

However, I can see the Beehive code is visible in your site and its working fine.

Can you please explain more about the issue you had? the analytics code is not duplicated and only the beehive code is in to your site.

    Amin
