AMP Error
-
Hi esteemed support!
I updated the plugin and now my AMP pages are not counting as AMP.
Google Search Console gives this error.
AMP is not related to this url.Checked also here: https://search.google.com/test/amp/result?id=JlFTCVf0odI4uXvvYXBc1Q&hl=RU
Also, my buttons are now grayed out, even though they used to be the same color as on the regular version of the site.
Please help me to solve these problems.
Sincerely Denis.

Hi @theevoq,
Thanks for contacting us, I have checked your website, and the component amp-analytics is not placed at the amp version; are you using any plugin to add analytics tracking code or adding the JSON configuration code?
Could you share your UUID to help us with the investigation of your issue?
You can find it at, Dashboard > AMP > support.

Hello,
We are receiving an error as well. AMP will not allow us to run a scan on the site, nor will it create AMP pages. Every page receives the following errors. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. But it has no affect. I’m not entirely sure what I need to do to resolve the issue.

Thanks for contacting us. Could you open a separate topic for us to check your issue separately.
Thanks
Hi @theevoq,
Thanks for sending us the UUID, I have tested the pages now they are valid on the AMP Validator. But your previous log was showing incompatibilities with the Zeen Child theme, if the issue still happens I would suggest contacting the theme developers.
Hello, am I in the right place? I am unable to resolve problems in AMP since I updated the plugin or maybe WP itself. I was getting a message about incompatible plugins, including Avada Core and Avada builder. These were compatible before the update. I suppressed them, but Reader no longer works, so I switched to Transitional, but get weird code above the header.
I rescanned but get an error message, Tried the Wizard again and it said to choose Reader. Now I have this message:There has been a critical error on this website.
AMP will not allow me to run a scan on the site.
Please help me fix this. FYI I do not know code but I can follow simple instructions and copy and paste.
Hi @llnaiman,
Thanks for contacting us. Sure, you are at the right place. I only request that you open a new support topic with your issue to help track your support request. If it is possible, could you share your UUID on the new topic and link this comment or just copy and paste this message.
A quick video how to get the UUID:
Thanks for your reply. I created a new topic here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/critical-error-on-my-website-6/#new-topic-0
Hello, esteemed support.
My amp is still not working. It is displayed on the website, but in GSC it shows that the page does not belong to AMP.
ampwp-e8209166-d13d-5066-900e-088c61c008f6
I solved the problem.
I have the plugin All In One WP Security. In it you need to unblock the function blocking false positives GoogleBot and everything will work immediately.
Thank you very much for your support in helping us make our sites better with your plugin.
Thanks for sharing your solution; I was trying to replicate the issue, but it is good to know the all-in-one WP Security was the cause. This information will be helpful for us; I will report to the developer team about it.
I will close the topic, and feel free to contact us again.
