Thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked your site and while I do see some console warnings these are coming from the AdSense network, not specific to the AMP plugin. I noticed others reporting the same in some AMPHTML GitHub issues (example1, example2).
As there can be a number of reasons for this the product experts at the AdSense Help Center should be able to assist with these warnings.
I can also suggest taking a look at plugins, in particular Advanced Ads or AdInserter, both of which allow you to place single ad units (as opposed to Auto ads) across different content types and positions.
While the issue isn’t specific to the AMP Plugin I will also try and recreate the same warnings from my side, I can then update you here.
Thanks for your patience on this. I’ve been able to recrate the same console warnings on sites using Auto ads for AMP, regardless of the theme in use. Note that ads do remain served in my case, from testing both sites.
As there is already an open GitHub issue in relation to this on the AMP projects GitHub please subscribe to the below, while adding your own details:

In the meantime please check your site to confirm Auto ads do remain served, from my testing I can see such ads on your site.
Okay,
On GitHub seems it’s old issue not resolved yet,
thank you.
Should time allow I’ll try and find out more and inform you of any further developments.
Just to let you know I’ve spent some additional time investigating this although I’ve been unable to determine the cause. You’re site features all the common markup tags and the formatting seems fine.
We don’t have access to users AdSense accounts although asking the question on the AdSense Help Center may be the best approach. It’s possible there may be account level configurations resulting in these warnings. As you’re using Site Kit feel free to share your Site Health information privately using this form. Site Kit outputs users AdSense account level status using the Site Health report.
In addition feel free to add comments to the existing GitHub issue below:
