• It’s a great system and I’ve really been enjoying it, except of all the features for a ticket system to not have, the ability to merge tickets is missing. Every other system I’ve ever used I was able to merge tickets and sadly our sales people and customers have created duplicate tickets that we should merge, but we can’t and it makes everything a mess.
