Allow GTranslate to Run

Hello,
I have a client who uses CookieYes and also GTranslate (https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/gtranslate/)
But we’re having issues since their last update, allowing the translate function to work.
Could you please help advise on what we need to do to allow their script to run from your plugin please?
I have tried this but to no avail.
