All reviews missing from product admin

    All of the reviews are completely missing on the backend from all products on both of our two websites running Woocommerce.

    The reviews are in the frontend product details/review tab, and also in the database, but no reviews on the admin side of the products on either site.

    I disabled all the plugins except Woo, and enabled the 2022 theme, and the issue remains, so it’s not a plugin or theme conflict.

    I also tried changing all the product settings regarding review restrictions and that didn’t change anything.

    Both sites are on different hosting, with totally different themes and plugins anyway.

    Also, when I ‘add comment’ on the backend, it only shows a text/code box, with no option to add an author, email or URL. After leaving the comment it disappears from the admin side.

    When someone leaves a review on the product frontend, there is no notification anywhere (and also of course no way to delete it without going into the database). It’s like there’s an issue with how Woocommerce is treating reviews vs comments.

    Is this a bug?

    Hi @cowbelly,

    Thank you for reaching out and for testing the reported behaviour with all plugins disabled and by switching to a default theme.

    Reviews have been moved in the admin screen from Comments section to Products → Reviews. Can you please confirm if you are able to see reviews under Products in the admin screen.

    Also, to further look into this case, kindly provide us your
    1. System Status; you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’ and paste your response here.
    2. Fatal Error Log: A copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
