All Fields Not Displaying

Using v1.6 of this plugin, for some weird reason none of the fields in the default AND anything added are not displaying properly on my author.php template. Only the following are showing up: Name, Company, Position, Country and Website fields. I copied the exact php code to place in my template file. Why is only certain fields appearing?
