All emails receive except @gmail.com

    Hi,

    We have been running tests on our woocommerce forms and we noticed that all other mails recipients are receiving mails from the site, except for those who are @gmail.com.

    I noticed in the mail logs that it sent, but not sure why the users arent receiving.
    I have tested it both with my work mail as well as yahoo.com mail, but not getting anything on my gmail.

    Anyone able to assist with this?

    Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    Please share the settings page screenshot, Diagnostic test report, and Send a test mail report. (send an email to your Gmail address using the “send a test mail” option and share the report).

    Which mailing service you are using?

    @tmw2591 — you also might try using mail-tester.com (free tool that analyzes your email set-up for issues) to see if any authentication issues come up (which could result in Gmail blocking your emails).
