    Hi Jacob,

I have been facing several issues for some time that I cannot specify.

The first one is summed up in this sentence: it is impossible for visitors to our site to view albums and photos if they are not logged in (see the URL). I use Ultimate Members to make part of the site inaccessible to visitors who are not logged in but albums and photos are normally unprotected. Is my problem due to a conflict with Ultimate members ? WordPress ? or woult it be corrected within WPPA+ ?

I’ll create another subject for the other problems when this one is solved.

    Regards,
    Piblo

Albums and photos are only invisible for not logged in visitors if their status is private

This should say their status changed. Where can I check ? Where can I make photos and albums public again ?

In the settings, I read that plugin tablepress may produce dysfunctions if not correctly set up. Could it be the cause of my problems ?

Photo albums -> Albums -> Edit (an album) -> Show album settings shows the status of the album in the Status field and can be changed there.

Te status of the photos can be set on the same page (scroll down) next to the name next to the thumbnail image.

The present status of all my albums is (in French) “Publier”. The other status (not presently used) are “Private” and “Hidden”. The solution to solve the problem is not there.

I suggest to close the present thread and to follow the issue on this one.
