At the bottom of the table it is a subset from the same at the top of the page, where you can also set the pagesize.
Not showing the “— separate —” albums looks a bug, i will get into this
I investigated on it. You should see them on one or more of the pages, near the bottom under an info line saying ‘The following items ar sparate …’.
I agree very much with you that it is confusing, so i will remove that and display the separate albums just like the others.
Note: When the pagesize is set to some value, you will see most llikely more items than that number, because – for clarity(?) – all the albums for that page will also have their (grant)parents an all the (grand)children near them displayed, so you even may find certain albums on different pages.
Thanks, Jacob, that helps us understand a bit more. I wonder if it is necessary to use the pagesize at all. Is there an item in the Settings to set this default value? Maybe there could be a setting to have the pagesize set to the number of albums.
There is another issue with navigating the collapsible view that may be related. Navigating the Collapsible view is pretty straightforward except sometimes the little icon shows the album expanded when it actually is not. To see the sub albums, you have to click on it twice. Also, if you click on “Close all” at the top, the albums close but when you leave that page and come back, they are still open.
The pagesize is remembered (not in a cookie but in a transient option) and is user specific, so, once set to a value, re-opening the page will use the same pagesize. Current max is 1000, i could increase that number if you like.
The open/close all issue will be investigated

Ook zag ik afgeknipte text op het screenshot.
Voor beide issues kan je het beste de thumbnail frame hoogte vergroten.
Dan wordt automatisch de achtergrond verhoogt, ook wanneer er meerdere rijen zijn

Als dat te hoog moet zijn, kan je ook nog deze custom css toevoegen, waardoor de popup over de onderrand heen zal steken:
