Btw. Make sure that yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is reachable. Is it? It must return 0 when opening this link.
Some “security plugins” are disallowing access to it, but this file must be accessible, not only for WP Staging.
It certainly is reachable,I will re-enable your plugin and sending a ticket now

Apologies, I am seeing the same error.
Ajax page returns a “0” value when visiting it. Tried disabling security plug-in just to make sure. Still received same error. Running WP 4.3.11
What other information could I provide to help troubleshoot the issue? Thanks!
please install latest version from https://wp-staging.com/wp-staging.zip
– Delete all files in wp-content/uploads/wp-staging
– Enable wp staging debug mode
– Create another clone.
– Send me log file from wp-content/uploads/wp-staging/logs
– Send me tools->system info details

Something went wrong; can’t find ajax request URL!
Try with 2.1.1 version and 2.1.2 version.
I have the logs and system info, but in your website say thats is only for premium customers.
Can you help me with this? I really want to use this plugins is amazing, but now have this problem.

Is the error happening immediately after start or after some time while the cloning process is running?

I have the same problem, I previously used too, your plugin with no issues, but when today I updated the plugin and started a backup process, only for it to fail and send this error message

Hi Julien,
its already solved in the pro version but it needs some more time until the fix is ready in the free version as well.
There is a new file copy limit option. This needs to be adjusted to 10 instead 500.
I am pushing hard to fix this in wp staging free version
