Ajax add to cart causes errors

Im the dev of this website https://deskelly.ie/.
Website is hosted on WPEngine and support has sent me this https://ibb.co/fnrg4kd
They say that multiple AJAX requests causing website crashes.
Please take a look at point 2. Is this something that can be fixed? Or we need to update hosting plan?
