Woocommerce version 10.0 and up with Booster:

When users attempt to add a product to their cart, the ?wc-ajax=add_to_cart request returns a 500 Internal Server Error. This is resolved by disabling Booster.
Adding the product to cart causes a memory leak and stays loading indefinitely.
    site uses Astra + Elementor
    No issue with WooCommerce 9.9.5

    Can you assist in troubleshooting?

    Hi @dfrumovitch

Thank you for the details. We’ve reviewed your report regarding the “500 Internal Server Error” when adding products to the cart with Booster enabled on WooCommerce 10.0+.

This issue appears to be related to a compatibility or memory conflict between WooCommerce 10.x and one of the active Booster modules. To help us identify the exact cause

Go to your server’s error log or wp-content/debug.log file.
Look for any fatal error message that appears when you try to add a product to the cart.
    Please share the error log.

    Hi @dfrumovitch

We’ve checked this but couldn’t identify which module is causing the issue.

To help us investigate and fix it properly, could you please share how many Booster modules are currently active? Also, are you using the Order Quantities module — particularly the Max Quantities setting?

    Hi @dfrumovitch

The Provided error indicates that your site has reached the PHP memory limit.

You can resolve this by increasing the memory in your wp-config.php file, for example: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘2048M’);.

Please try this and let us know if the issue persists.

Yes, we had the Order Quantities module Max Quantities setting on. But it wasn’t actually in use. Turning off the module resolved the issue.

    Thank you David.

FYI increasing the memory with the Order Max Quantities booster module turned on didn’t resolve the issue; only turning off the module resolves it.

    Hi @dfrumovitch

Glad to hear the issue has been resolved — thanks for the update!

We’ve noted that the problem occurs when the Order Quantities → Max Quantities module is enabled. This is a known bug, and our team will be addressing it in an upcoming update.

We really appreciate your patience and feedback — it helps us make Booster better for everyone.
If you’re happy with our support, we’d be grateful if you could take a moment to leave a quick review here:
