After Woo Update problems with database

Hi,
I have last week updated WooCommerce to the latest version 9.8.1 and on weekend when I come back to my eshop and try to do add additional products I get this message:
and when I done any changes like adding products or something else then the whole site lost some appearance theme settings like the theme styles. When I set it back then after next change I had it back again in default.
And there is no change if I start the database update or not.
Please can you help me with it?

The message you’re seeing about a database update might be a sign that the update process didn’t finish completely. WooCommerce database updates usually run quietly in the background, but if your site has a large database or if there’s a plugin conflict, the update might get stuck or take longer than expected.
To help narrow things down, could you please try switching temporarily to the default Storefront theme? After that, make a product change and see if the styles still reset. This will help us figure out if your theme is contributing to the issue.
It would also be great if you could deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce during this test. That way, we can rule out any plugin conflicts that might be affecting your layout or the database update process.
One more thing—it’s worth clearing all caches just to make sure we’re not looking at outdated styles. That includes your browser cache, any caching plugins, and even server-level caching if your host uses it. You can follow this guide to clear your site and server-level cache.
It would also help us to review your current System Status Report to gain more insight into your setup. You can find this report in your WooCommerce dashboard by going to WooCommerce > Status. From there, please select Get system report and then Copy for support.
If there are any fatal error logs, please share those as well. These can be accessed under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I have been having this same issue, i have cleared both my wordpress and hosting cache and it still exists. I am unable to see my analytics, and the site is very slow and sometimes unresponsive.

what you mean with storefront default? This theme is my default. It’s Extendable and I have there also Blocksy, Twenty Five, twenty Four and twenty Three. I have it there reinstalled from the web provider.

What @jonayedhosen is suggesting is that you temporarily switch your theme to a default WordPress theme like Storefront, Twenty Twenty-Five, or Twenty Twenty-Four — these are all official WordPress themes.
From what you’ve described, your issue appears to fall outside the scope of our support. If your theme settings change when you add a product, that could indicate a conflict. In this case, it’s best to reach out to your theme developer, as they’ll be in the best position to assist you with that.
As for the database update, you can manually trigger it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and clicking the Update button next to “Database Upgrade.”

Thanks so much for sharing your system status report earlier; it was really helpful. I had a chance to review it, and I can confirm that your WooCommerce database is now up to date (version 9.8.1), which is excellent.
As a next step, I recommend clearing your cache again—this includes your browser cache, any caching plugins, and your host’s server cache if they offer one (guide to clear your site and server-level cache). After that, please head to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click on Clear WooCommerce transients and also Clear expired transients.
Once that’s done, try making your product edits again or adding a new product and see if the issue with the database message or theme reset still occurs. If you still see a database-related error, let us know exactly what it says, and we’ll guide you further.
