After recent update of WordPress core the css files of the forminator not loading anymore. The form itself is ok. When we export them and import on other website also with 6.9. and same theme it looks good, but on this particular site only JS is loaded and css not. In the settings we tried both forminator style, and theme style (both in general settings and in form settings). It doesn’t help

    /wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/forminator-ui/css/forminator-icons.min.css?ver=1.48.3
    and other css files from
    /wp-content/uploads/forminator/../css/
all those files are not loading.
We also tried to import a template form from templates, those are also broken and css is not loading. The css files are actually on server there is no errors in console. Any idea what we can do apart of changing the form plugin?

    Hi @creationell

I hope you are doing well today.

Apart from the new WordPress version, were there any other updates made on the site (plugins/theme)? If so, in the first place, I suggest running a full plugin conflict test. As issues exist only on that particular site, it must be something that made such a conflict.

Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

If that will not give any positive results, please export your form, upload it to Google Drive, or use Pastebin and share a link in your next reply so that we can review it on the lab site.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
