I’m sorry. I don’t know what this means. You included no error message and system information. Consequently, I cannot “check what the problem is” since I cannot recreate it. Everyone seems to blame Redux for every issue they experience. Unless you have some evidence or an actual error message, I defer you to the theme author. We don;t support themes that uses Redux anyway.

I’m still not understanding how this is Redux’s fault. This sounds like a theme issue. Please contact the theme author for theme support. If the theme author determines there is an issue with Redux, then he can file a report with us with the evidence and we’ll work with him. We do not have access to that theme or your server and can do no testing with either. The theme author can.

@caoba – You’re piggybacking someone else’s ticket and I don’t know what you are referring to. Please start your own and be more descriptive, including the actual error. Not “it doesn’t work.”

@kprovance Sorry, after a long headache, I have been able to solve it, finally the problem resides in Elementor. You have to go to Elementor > Settings > Features and disable element caching.

Sorry for blaming your plugin, it was a serious problem and I needed to solve it, and I saw that this other user had the same problem, so I thought the problem was with Redux Framework, sorry.
