After activation, no link to plugin settings

    I installed and activated the plugin there is no plugin link in the left sidebar wordpress admin menu.

    I triple checked and searched in submenus as well (Aspect, Settings, Tools) with no success.

    I could not try this XcooBee GDPR Cookie Manager plugin. Maybe I am missing some step-
