    Hi, everyone!

I’m recreating the layout of my pop culture website here in Brazil and I use the free version of AES.

After the latest update of Elementor (3.27.6) and Elementor Pro (3.27.4), AES started to conflict with Elementor, causing the “preview could not be loaded” error.

I started debugging by disabling plugin by plugin to find the incompatibility.

As soon as I disabled AES, the error disappeared and I was able to edit my website in Elementor again without any problems.

I don’t know if the error also occurs in the paid version of AES, but I think it’s a good idea to check it out as well. Thank you for your attention.

Where do you see this error?… i.e. What exactly were you trying to do in Elementor?

The error occurs every time I try to edit a page in Elementor.

@lleofavaretto I see. Do you have the Content Management >> External Permalinks module enabled? If so, please try disabling it temporarily to see if that fixes the issue.

Just tried. The problem still remains.

@lleofavaretto OK. Did you change any settings in Elementor when you update to the latest version? If so, what are they?

    None.

@lleofavaretto noted. Will investigate. Your patience is appreciated.

@lleofavaretto I just tested with ASE Free v7.8.1, Elementor v3.27.6, Elementor Pro v3.27.6 with almost all ASE modules enabled and could not see any error when editing a page with Elementor. The builder is loading just fine with no PHP or JS error.

Can you share screenshots of your Elementor settings Advanced, Performance and Features tabs? I’d like to replicate your setup as close as possible.

Additionally, please also go to Tools >> Site Health >> Info, and copy the information there in your next reply.
