Hi @mei-yin
Greetings!
Sorry to hear about your inconvenience. I chekced on my side, but, could not replicate the issue. Also, while checking your shared link, and I could not see any error in site console. Since there’s no console error, this is most likely a CSS conflict or caching issue. Could you please follow this process?
To regenerate assets, you can go to WordPress Dashboard -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw
if you’re using a caching/optimization plugin (like Autoptimize, WP Rocket, etc.), clear/purge the cache as well. Also, you may check using the advanced tab in a new page for testing purpose.
Let me know how its going.
Hi Amin,
Thank you for your response and guidance. I cleared the cache as you instructed. It turned out the issue wasn’t caching, but rather that the tab styling configuration was lost after a recent plugin update. I reconfigured the settings, and everything is working again. Thanks so much!
