Adobe Brackets – Quick Docs

I am a bit curious is there ever been discussion inside WP core circles to make some plugin for Brackets, for inline (or tab) Quick Docs ? (For WordPress Codex)

As you already know about Brackets, but will write it for other forum visitors. Open source code editor, with many plugins, and very popular.
