Admin username was changed

I just received an email link that a password reset was requested, but the strange thing was the username that requested it. The username was 0x1999

I don’t have a user by that name on my site. At least I didn’t…

I logged in to my site to check, and my primary admin account username is now 0x1999. Wtf?? How could this have changed??? Is this a bug or has my site been compromised?
