Since upgrading to WP 2, I can’t access the advanced post editing option on the administration panel.
I checked the folder, and I have the quicktags js.
Any help would be appreciated.

All the features from the advanced post editing in pre 2.x WP are available on the Write Post screen. If you want one of the previous fields, click all the plus signs (+) on the headers. Once these are clicked, the headers will display with a minus sign (-) and they will show all the fields that were formerly only available on the advanced editing screen. Also, you can close certain elements and leave others open. I believe that if you leave the admin panel with certain of the fields visible, when you return those same fields are still visible (at least that is the way my system works.

I found some other folks who were having this problem, and it turns out that the issue is with Safari. The tags and other admin panel options work with Firefox.
