admin page is gone

When I log into godaddy and go to my applications where I get into my wordpress admin, I get the message on the link above…Oops! That page can’t be found. I have now lost access to my page. I also don’t remember ever setting up a username or password for the wordpress app prior to building my site or anytime during so I don’t have that information either. Godaddy support is telling me to use a different application because wordpress isn’t good. I have spent a month getting the site right and I really don’t want to start over. I’d appreciate any help.
