That’s a strange one!
I’ve just been doing some googling as well and reading through this post (Not strictly WP related, apologies if you’ve read this one already!).
This users issue seems to have come from using example.com and test.com in their site. The issue was resolved using http://ip.address/wiki, http://ip.address/random_app
There is a few suggestions in the post of things to try. Do any of these work for you?

My comments tab has ceased working. I have googled the question ad nauseum with no luck. If there is a comment in moderation and I click that it will open the “edit-comments.php”. If I click on the comment tab or the link on the admin bar I get this error message:
“Example Domain
This domain is established to be used for illustrative examples in documents. You may use this domain in examples without prior coordination or asking for permission.
More information…”
Can anyone help?
