Hello, we are using your plugin. It shows us in the admin that there are 40 events. But in the list there’s only one.
If I choose “All events” in the filter, the list is empty.
I’ve looked directly into the database and there we have in total 9 events.

So there’s something wrong, I assume it’s a bug, although I think if it’s one, am I the only one seeing this problem?

I can setup a login for you to check yourself. But I don’t know which e-mail I should use for this…
    Any help appreciated…

  • Hello,

Can you perhaps try and Reset timezones? Events > Settings > Admin Tools > Reset Timezones. Please do check that you’re also using PHP 7.0 to 7.1.

If it still happens, Please try and install https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-safe-mode/ this would help you troubleshoot the possibility of plugin conflict or theme.

    Hello,

same issue for me : 161 events listed in the title bar (All (161) | Published (161) | Cornerstone content (0)) but 0 displayed (no event found)…

It is happening after theme update : Divi 3.20.1.
I rollback to Divi 3.19.18 and it solves the EM issue.

I don’t know what is the problem’s origin for the moment.

    Hi,

    thanks for your reply.
I did now the following things:
    – Activated PHP 7.0 (was 5.5)
    – Reseted timezones as described above (but didn’t do the database upgrade)
    – Installed Safe Mode plugin, activated the events plugin in safe-mode-loader.php and loaded events overview in safe mode -> same thing, just 1 event showing up.

Are there more hints? Can I do the database upgrade with no risk?

I also did the database update now. No change.
I have to add that we’re using WordPress 4.9.9…maybe this helps in finding a solution!?

looks like a conflict with divi themes, we already reported this to the devs as well.
