Additional CSS is creating a post

We have added a CSS to additional css under Appearance->customise.

Once I save and publish the CSS changes, It created a post in latest articles section with URL https://flyingsquirrelholidays.com/blog/pingraphy/ and it is 404 page not found. (https://flyingsquirrelholidays.com/blog/pingraphy/)

However, I don’t see the reason for showing the empty post in recent blogs.

I am not wordpress developer, but know little bit of css and html. I tried debugging this issue but not successful.

Kindly help me with the reason for this issue.
