I signed up for Google Adsense, and now I am trying to insert an ad into my site appleinquirer.com…and I don’t know where to add the HTML Code. I am currently using the theme iFeature (free).

first, define where you want to show the ads – the details may depend on the ad position.

consider to use one of the adsense plugins…

or simply use a textwidget to add the adsense code.
