Added new functionality: Categories for point quizzes

I needed a category function and added it to the recent version 2.8.3
My version 2.8.3.1 allows to add a category to every question.
Categories can have names, text that is displayed when this category becomes the category with the minimum point accumulation and a text for the maximum,
In templates like e-Mails and result pages %CATEGORY_…% placeholders can show
Summary: category and point
Summary: category, name, points
_MIN _MAX show all the number of categories, that got the minimum/maximum result
TEXT_MIN: texts for the categories that got minimum result
TEXT_MAX: texts for the categories that got maximum resultPlease let me know, if you (or someone) are interested to get the code.
