Add to optimize the page load speed?

Hi,

My website is using WP Fastest Cache Premium version. I am using Google LightHouse to audit its performance, as below:

Based on the result, it suggest me:

1. Consider using <link rel=preload> to prioritize fetching resources
2. Reduce unused JavaScript
3. Eliminate render-blocking resources
4. Reduce unused CSS

Just wonder if WP Fastest Cache Premium will do all these tasks? Or do I need to optimize manually?

Currently I have selected all the available options in the “Settings” tab of WP Fastest Cache.
