Add to Cart Button incorrect show ( just in HTML )

    Do a test with another theme if you can to see if its overriding the buttons/content.

    On the another web with the same theme working correct.

    I just downgrade WP as on the another was 4.4, but unfortunately without any help.

    Does your theme have any updates available? Or does the author offer support?

    Long story short:

    a) in theme is already woocommerce
    b) I forgot, that there was some warning to manualy update woocomerce theme file, it was 3-5 files and I did it like few weeks before
    c) I remember today and copy from backup just woocommerce folder of my theme and it working again
