  • Hello there,

Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

You can add columns to ticket list from Support > Ticket List > Agent Ticket List > List Items > Add New.

Please note, you can not add Description, private notes, and feedback to the ticket list column.

    Thank you.

Hello, I was able to add two more column, Resolution and Note, I’ve added using custom field,

    https://prnt.sc/mXJJdVH4cl2y ,

But my question, how can we get the data/value of these? Because they are not available on the ticket details page/ widget area, https://prnt.sc/Ly1-hIN2MMpn & https://prnt.sc/OgmxaQnWofRb

We would need to see these items to the ticket details page so that we can add data and see on the ticket list as well.

    Thank you

    Hello there,

Please confirm, the fields you created are Custom fields , Customer Fields or AgentOnly fields.

If these fields are custom fields then you need to enable the Ticket Fields widget at Support > Settings > Ticket Widgets > Ticket Fields > Enable. Now you can see these custom fields on the ticket page, where you can edit those fields.

If these fields are Customer fields then you can edit those fields from Support > Customer > Edit > You can see those fields here > edit those fields.

For AgentOnly fields, you need to enable the AgentOnly field widget from Support > Settings > Ticket Widgets > AgentOnly Fields > Enable. Now you can see AgentOnly field widget on the ticket page, where you can edit those fields.

I hope this will help you. Please let us know if you face any issues.

    Thank you.
