Hi, you can enter all fields that are used in contact form 7? well as name and email:

I have seen that by selecting the message I view All References.
The problem is that I can not display the name of the sender and the subject:
Subject [your-subject]
From [your-name] <[your-email]>
Why it does not appear the correct name?
