Neve natively offers 2 sidebars (main and shop) like you mentioned.
What you want to do is achievable by creating a child theme and applying custom code modifications to it until you get the desired result. Actually I’m already using a child theme, however this does not explain how to setup a custom sidebar on an archive page.
Any thoughts on this ?

Hi, Mxlaxe, I’m another user of the Neve theme.
You can either add sidebars using plugins or through custom code.
If you want to add side bars using a plugin, here is a plugin for that:

@mateithemeisle It would be great however to have the option (from the theme’s options) to choose which sidebar to display for a specific post type or archive.
