Ad Inserter Shortcodes

I have a rotating block (Block=”11″) which I am trying to also display in (Block=”15″) along with other content.

I added the shortcode for Block 11 into the Block 15 editor. The Block 15 displays in the place I want it to with the other content entered, but it doesn’t display the content of the Block 11 shortcode ([adinserter block=”11″]).

What am I missing? Note that the Block 11 shortcode does work when it’s added directly to the page or post.
