    Hi there!
I had a problem with activating the license because the plugin kept showing me “something went wrong.” I checked it with the debugger, and it didn’t register anything. I turned off all firewalls and security plugins, but still, nothing changed. I even temporarily removed the htaccess file. The only error that appeared is the one I’m pasting below my message. The issue was resolved by changing the theme from Blocksy (with Elementor) to twentytwentytwo for activation time.

Do you have a problem with license activation with some templates (or child-themes), or is it the fault of templates based on Elementor?

    Hi @niezmywalny,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I have tested the issue but could not reproduce it in our testing environment. Blocksy theme and its child theme have no issue with activating the GetGenie license. It seems to be an environmental issue that is only occurring on your end.

If you still face the issue or it causes any trouble on your site please inform us again. We will have a closer look and provide a solution for the issue.

    Regards,
    Moin
