What version of WooCommerce are you running on your site? Please make sure you’re running the latest version, version 3.4.4.
Can you try testing for a plugin conflict? To do so you’d deactivate all of your plugins except for iThemes Sales Accelerator and WooCommerce then see if it works properly. If it does, reactivate your other plugins one at a time, testing each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.
