ACF conditional fields stopped working

Have a form with linked ACF forms that included conditional fields. With one of the recent updates, the conditional fields stopped working. Have needed to remove these conditions, leading to a somewhat confusing form.

ACF field group uses a radio button field, with various other fields being displayed/hidden based on the value of the radio button field. Have tried switching to a select field instead of the radio button field, to no effect.
