ACF code to ACF visual

I have inherited a site where the developer created the taxonomies in code, the client cannot edit them effectively.

I need to transfer the code to the ACF interface so the client can mange the taxonomy terms.

I can recreate the taxonomies but cannot identify the related terms to move them to the new taxonomies and maintain the current references.

Any suggestions are welcome
