account login to WPML

    Hi there, after being many year WPML happy client, today I tried to login to download a extra plugin to translate Yoast SEO.

    Now the login page, doesn’t accept my username and password.

    I can’t remember with which email account i registered as it is very long time ago when I purchase my license.

    Sorry to contact you here but since I can’t login, i can’t send a message to support.

    Hi Daniel,

    Sorry to hear that you have troubles accessing your account. Could you please share your username and a site that has a registered key from WPML. That will help us identify your account. If you prefer, you can also send an email to hello [@] wpml.org from the email address associated to your WPML account.

    Usernames are no longer valid for logging into your account, please use your registered email address instead.

    If you run into any issues, feel free to reach out to our admin team (the email address in the previous comment). They’re already aware of this ticket and will be able to assist you.

    I also got the same problem.
    Now the login page, doesn’t accept my username and password.
